Rates

Transcription:	£1.00 per audio minute or by negotiation with client.
Copy typing:	£5.00 per thousand words (0.5p per word) or £2.50 per A4 page or £15.00 per hour.
General Admin:	£10-15.00 per hour or monthly/weekly retainer packages.
Proofreading:	£5.00 per thousand words (0.5p per word) or £2.50 per A4 page or £15.00 per hour.
Copy editing:	£6.00 per thousand words (0.6p per word) or £3.60 per A4 page or £20.00 per hour.
Substantive editing/rewriting:	£20-25.00 per hour.
Lifestyle:	By negotiation.

Please bear in mind that copy editing is more time consuming than proofreading, and substantive editing/rewriting is more time consuming still.

Words per hour are approximate and will depend on subject material, technical content and legibility.  Please feel free to send a page of sample text if you would like an estimate.

Fixed fee rates if preferred.

Terms and Conditions

Clients may be required to complete a booking form on agreement of terms. 
A 50% deposit may be required from new clients before commencement of first project. 
Existing customers will be invoiced by email on completion of work.
Retainer rates paid monthly.

Editrix accepts payment by cheque made out to Editrix Virtual Assistance, BACS or bank transfer.

Editrix Virtual Assistance and its associates shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, including, without limitation, lost revenues, lost profits or litigation that may result from the use of information or materials supplied by the client.
